The wine cellar 

Dal Sor Francesco’s historical wine cellar, dug out of tuff stone back in the 1920s, houses about 10.000 bottles: a great selection of over 300 labels that pays homage to the best national and international wines. Such a wine cellar is the result of Michele’s passion and expertise: following in his father’s footsteps, in 1995 he started attending the courses of the Associazione Italiana Sommelier, thus specializing in national and international wines.

Nowadays, all the maître in the restaurant are professional sommeliers and they are at our customers’ disposal to suggest the perfect wine for their food.
